What To Expect

Through experience, it’s never easy to visit a church (building) for the first time. However, when it comes to your attire, whatever makes you the most comfortable is fine with us. The most important thing to us is YOU!

Praise/Worship – This is our time of opening ourselves up and pouring out before God, often times through music and occasionally through prayer and just crying out to Him. None of us will do this the exact same way and we understand it’s based on our personal relationships with God. Therefore, rather you run, jump, clap, sing, take your shoes off or just sit quietly…it’s all welcomed as long as it’s giving God glory.

Welcome/Greetings – You will receive a first time visitor’s card, service program which includes a tithe and offering envelope. This envelope serves as an agreement that at or around end of the calendar year, you will receive a charitable donation and contribution statement from us for your tax purposes. The visitor’s card allows you to check off certain blocks of how or if you may wish us to contact you in the future. You will receive a gift bag and a FREE CD of the days service or older…per your request. We will certainly welcome you in and allow you to have words but only if you so desire.

Offering – Once a week we worship God through the giving of tithes/offerings and teach to give your best the first time in everything we do besides there will not be a second offering. We don’t pressure or sweet talk anyone into giving and pray you won’t fall to prey to such tactics. As partners in the Kingdom this is a form of Worship for us and thereby we do it gladly. Money is resource and it sustains ministry as well as provides help internally and externally of the four walls.

The Word of the Lord – You will hear a word that challenges, pricks and sparks a thought of what we commonly call church or being a believer. The word will always be Bible based, laced with a little laughter, realism and in a way that the very least will understand. There will never be compromise of the Word of God, it won’t lack truth which means sometimes our toes will be stepped on but it’s all for the building of our temple for God’s dwelling place. Our goal is to Educate, Empower and Encourage all to do the will of Him who sent you! At the end of every message you will have an opportunity to ask questions about what you heard.

Communion – On most occasions we celebrate communion monthly and it is not just another part of our regular service but a service in itself as we take it that serious. See I Corinthians 11

End of Service – You will have the option to talk with Apostle Chauncy and Lady Jaqui either formally or informally…your call. You have an opportunity to fellowship with the brethren!
